แทง บอล สด James Chester says the Wales squad prepared for their return to domestic duties with late nights - to counter the time difference - at the China Cup.

Ryan Giggs took charge of the national side for the first time in the four-team competition in Nanning during the international break and contended with an eight-hour time difference with the UK.

Chester believes their decision to keep to a four-hour time difference during their week stay in Asia will enhance their preparation for this weekend's fixtures.

"It's been a bit strange staying up till half three, four in the morning, and having your breakfast at one," Aston Villa defender Chester said.

"But it was for that reason, to make sure when we get home it's not as difficult to get back to normal life.

"It was a very long time ago when I last stayed up that late, and it certainly won't be a regular thing. แทง บอล สด

"It has been strange but it will make it a lot easier getting back - and some of us have got massive games coming up."

Villa travel to Chester's former club Hull on Saturday aiming to maintain their Championship promotion push, live on Sky Sports Football.

Wales teammates Chris Gunter, Billy Bodin, Lee Evans and Marley Watkins will return to domestic action earlier on Good Friday.

Giggs' squad returned home on Tuesday after losing 1-0 to Uruguay in the China Cup final, as Paris St Germain striker and player of the tournament Edinson Cavani scored the winner.

Chester believes Uruguay could be one of the dark horses at this summer's World Cup if Cavani continues to impress alongside strike partner Luis Suarez.

"They are probably one of the best you're going to come up against," Chester said.

"If you qualify for top tournaments that's the standard, they are top quality.

"We've done a lot of work in a short space of time, but it's one of the best attacks you're going to face in world football.

"From the moment I started playing international football, it was for that reason. Hopefully there is more of that to come." แทง บอล สด

MessagePosté le: Jeu 19 Avr - 07:16 (2018)    Sujet du message: Raheem Sterling targeting future Premier League success afte Répondre en citant

sbobet asia Manchester City forward Raheem Sterling was happy to celebrate winning his first Premier League title from the comfort of his own sofa but insists their success will not make him complacent. City's players were on a day off when they were confirmed as champions after Manchester United were beaten by West Brom 1-0 at Old Trafford on Sunday.

Pep Guardiola's side claimed the crown with a record-equalling five matches to spare and despite City having been on course to win the title for some time, Sterling insists he is already looking to future league success. "This is my first Premier League title so who cares how you win it, whether it was on the pitch or on my sofa, I'm just delighted to win the title," he said.

"It's been a dream ever since I was a kid growing up playing football with my mates and winning it means everything. "It's important we don't get complacent though. It's amazing to win it, but now it's about the next one." The England international has improved under Guardiola, who claimed he could become one of the best players in the world. sbobet asia

Sterling has scored 22 goals this season, 17 of which have come in the top flight, and is understandably grateful to be working with the former Barcelona and Bayern Munich boss. "It's all about the basics with him. He pushes you to be better at the small things and that improves your performance," he added.

"It's been great for me to learn in this environment and improve as a player under him. "He's one of the best managers in the world. It's special to be part of. I just need to keep improving and focus on how I can help the team.

"I set my own targets and I aim to achieve them every season but it's more important to get the club where it wants to be. "It's been a good season for me but there are details I can change to make me sharper or more clinical and I always look to improve." sbobet asia

MessagePosté le: Sam 21 Avr - 08:24 (2018)    Sujet du message: Sevilla v Barcelona: Guillem Balague previews Copa del Rey f Répondre en citant

sbobet24 With Barcelona and Sevilla set to lock horns in the Copa del Rey final on Saturday, Guillem Balague looks ahead to a fascinating encounter which may not necessarily follow the form book... The Copa del Rey final, live on Sky Sports, pits two teams in completely different situations against each other. There is almost like an obligation for Barcelona to win it, they have had the league title in the bag for so long it feels like the cup is a given. It will be their fourth consecutive cup if they get the job done and their 30th in total.

For head coach Ernesto Valverde, who has never won the Copa del Rey and lost a UEFA Cup final while in charge with Espanyol, it's a tournament which motivates him a lot and he is trying to make that contagious among his squad. Of course, when a cup and a title is up for grabs, the stars lift their heads and, despite being on their last legs and tired, Barca are fully aware of the job in hand. For Sevilla the final is not a job, it's a celebration. They are in yet another final in what's proving to be an amazing era in their history.

Yes, they have struggled in La Liga, even Real Betis are ahead of them, and they were not close enough to Bayern Munich. But while the league position is seen as a worry, the Champions League campaign is viewed positively. They are a young side and they should not be competing with the Bayern Munich's of this world, so being in the quarter-finals is considered a success, as is reaching another final.

Logically, they do not consider themselves favourites against Barcelona but they are a team that is made to compete in cups. To do that, to actually win cup competitions, you need players that raise their game when needed. And in Ever Banega, Steven N'Zonzi and, surprisingly, Wissam Ben Yedder, they have three players that have shown in big games that they are there to be counted on. sbobet24

To focus on the game, Sevilla have gone away for a week. Meanwhile, everyone in Sevilla has pretended to work and revolved their lives around the Feria de Abril, a public party that goes for about week. It's designed to distract people, even players, so Vincenzo Montella's squad has been whisked away to Marbella with the idea of putting all of their efforts into the game.

Valverde rested a lot of players against Celta Vigo and it would appear Sevilla are generally more focused on the game, focused on how to stop Barcelona. This Sevilla is one which feels much more confident with the ball than without the ball. The problem has not been so much about creating chances and controlling games, like they did against Manchester United, instead it's been about finishing the chances they create.

Barcelona has lost some of the control they had in the past but, crucially, they have finishers. However, in key moments of the season, they have fallen short, not so much against Real Madrid in La Liga but definitely in the Supercopa and certainly against Roma in the Champions League.

You could see Barcelona struggled in Europe, there is something missing from that side; a spark, youth, new ideas and fresh impetus. They are lacking new people putting new ideas into practice. All things considered, it makes for a fascinating encounter, one that Sevilla are more than capable of managing well. Yes, they see it as a celebration, but they also see it as a chance to get their hands on the cup. sbobet24
